Anti-KLF17 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting KLF17 (Kruppel-like factor 17), supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human KLF17 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen by affinity chromatography, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 43 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), this reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. KLF17 is a transcription factor with a predicted intracellular localisation and is tissue enriched in testis. The gene is mapped to chromosome 1.
