Anti-KLF15 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KLF15 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with Human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human KLF15 (NP_054798.1).

The reported molecular weight of the target is 62 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. Representative validation data from Western blot analysis of 293T-KLF15-His used the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, lysates loaded at 25µg per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit for detection, and a 30s exposure.
