Anti-KLF13 (Acetyl-K166) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide including acetyl-lysine 166 of KLF13, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of KLF13 protein when acetylated at K166. The target protein migrates at approximately 31 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 96% by SDS-PAGE.
