Anti-KLF10/KLF11 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent recognizes the Krüppel-like factor 10 (KLF10) transcription factor, also known as TIEG1, and cross-reacts with the closely related KLF11 (TIEG2) factor. KLF10 is a zinc-finger transcriptional regulator induced by TGF-β signaling and is studied in epithelial, osteoblast, and immune cell biology. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, packaged as a 100 µl vial and validated for Western blot applications on human, mouse, and rat samples.
