For Western blot and immunofluorescence studies, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets human KLF10, also known as TGF-β-inducible early gene 1 (TIEG1). KLF10 is a Krüppel-like zinc-finger transcriptional repressor induced through TGF-β signaling. It binds GC-rich regulatory DNA and can recruit corepressor complexes, helping regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.

In routine workflows, the rabbit polyclonal reagent can be applied to cell or tissue lysates for Western blot and to fixed specimens for immunofluorescence. Its unconjugated format allows researchers to select a labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody with the desired fluorophore or enzyme. The 100 µl supply supports multiple staining or blotting experiments, depending on dilution and sample throughput. This antibody is useful for comparing KLF10 expression following pathway activation, gene perturbation, or candidate treatment, and for relating target abundance or localization to cellular phenotype. It is reactive with human targets and is for research use only, not as a stand-alone diagnostic reagent.
