Anti-KLF10 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting KLF10 (Krueppel-like factor 10), a protein also referenced by the synonyms EGR-alpha, TGFB-inducible early growth response protein 1, TIEG, TIEG-1 and TIEG1. The unconjugated antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human KLF10 and specifically detects endogenous levels of KLF10 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
