Anti-KLF1 Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody recognising KLF1 (also referenced as EKLF/KLF1), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human KLF1 (NP_006554.1).

Species reactivity is listed for Human, Mouse and Rat, with WB validation specifically reported for Human and Rat samples. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported target molecular weight of 38 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
