Anti-KITLG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against KITLG (also known as SCF, stem cell factor). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with manufacturer information also indicating use in immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–190 of human KITLG (NP_000890.1). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, with the target migrating at approximately 31 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the reagent is affinity-purified.

The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
