Anti-KIT (phospho Y721) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises c-Kit phosphorylated at tyrosine 721 (phospho Tyr721). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with human samples.

The antibody was raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y721 of human KIT and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the reported molecular weight is 130 kDa. The recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:2,000 and concentration is reported as lot specific.
