From Antibodies.com, this Rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT117) recognises Kit ligand (SCF Protein) and is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated primary reagent of the IgG2b isotype. The antibody has been validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with human Kit ligand.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is recombinant soluble human Kit ligand. The product is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
