Anti-KIT Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets c-Kit (CD117/KIT), reported at 145 kDa, and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 875–976 of human CD117/c-Kit (NP_000213.1).

The antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.
