Anti-KIT Antibody

This affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KIT (also known as c-Kit or CD117) and is offered by Antibodies.com. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–295 of human CD117/c-Kit (NP_000213.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa / 145 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
