KISS1R (also called GPR54) is a G-protein coupled receptor that mediates kisspeptin signaling and is essential for triggering GnRH release and pubertal timing. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds the human and mouse receptor and supports both western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, making it useful for studies of reproductive neuroendocrinology, gonadotropin regulation, and tumor biology where KISS1R expression has been linked to metastasis-related pathways. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal serum, allowing preparation of working dilutions for membrane-bound receptor detection in tissue sections and lysates. Researchers investigating hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function, kisspeptin-mediated signaling cascades, or receptor localization in reproductive and certain cancer tissues will find this reagent applicable to their experimental designs.
