Anti-KISS1R Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against KISS1R (also known as GPR54), offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, is supported by 4 scientific validation images, and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 358–399 of human KISS1R (NP_115940.2). The antibody is reported to detect a band in the 42–70 kDa range, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.

The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
