Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KIRREL2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is reactive with human and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of the KIRREL2 protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human KIRREL2. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 75 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
