Anti-KIR3DS1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 80-340 of human KIR3DS1 (NP_001077008.1), with the target observed at approximately 60 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for WB and 1:50 to 1:200 for IHC.
