Anti-KIR3DL3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets KIR3DL3. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody is reactive with human samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–322 of human KIR3DL3 (NP_703144.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa.
