Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KIR3DL1, an inhibitory receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of CD8+ T cells. KIR3DL1 belongs to the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor family located within the leukocyte receptor complex on chromosome 19q13.4, where it recognizes the Bw4 epitope carried by certain HLA-B allotypes and contributes to the regulation of NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity.

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples. It supports research into NK cell receptor repertoire diversity, transplantation immunology, viral immunity studies (including HIV), and the molecular basis of NK cell education and licensing.

Raised in rabbit, the antibody is compatible with standard anti-rabbit secondary reagents in both chromogenic and fluorescence detection setups, allowing researchers to profile disease-associated changes in KIR3DL1 expression across immune cell populations and fixed tissue sections.
