Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against KIR3.4 and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 374-419 of human KIR3.4, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of KIR3.4 protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
