Anti-KIR2DS4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the activating killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptor KIR2DS4, a single-pass type I transmembrane protein of the KIR family expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of cytotoxic T lymphocytes in humans. KIR2DS4 pairs with the DAP12 adaptor to transduce activating signals that trigger NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and cytokine release. Researchers use this reagent to investigate KIR2DS4 expression on NK and CD8+ T cells, characterize its interaction with HLA-C ligand groups, and study the KIR1D deletion variant that influences receptor surface expression.
