Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the KIR2DS4 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of KIR2DS4 protein.
The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human KIR2DS4 as the immunogen. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 34 kDa. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
