Anti-KIR2DL3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and validated for immunology and cell biology research, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com specifically detects the KIR2DL3 (Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL3) protein. The antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in an unconjugated format, and is recommended for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed in human and mouse samples, and the immunogen used for immunization is a recombinant protein corresponding to human KIR2DL3. The reagent was affinity-purified against the immunogen and recognizes the endogenous total KIR2DL3 protein. The 50 µL size is provided in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
