KIR2.1 (also known as KCNJ2) is an inward rectifier potassium channel that contributes to cardiac action potential repolarization and is implicated in Andersen-Tawil syndrome. Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody for the detection of KIR2.1 in Human and Rat samples, validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows.
Each vial contains 100 µL of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, supporting reliable signal in WB and IHC applications across cardiac, skeletal muscle, and neuronal research samples. Polyclonal reactivity against multiple epitopes on the channel aids studies of expression, localization, and trafficking in basic research use only settings.
