Anti-KIR2.1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal-region peptide of human KCNJ2/KIR2.1 and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and it has been shown to detect endogenous KIR2.1 in human and rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year; researchers are advised to aliquot upon arrival and to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
