Anti-KIF4A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KIF4A (also known as KIF4), supplied by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 870-1080 of human KIF4A (NP_036442.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000-1:3,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:100-1:200. The product is shipped at 4 degrees C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
