Anti-KIF3A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KIF3A, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been affinity purified. The host species is rabbit and the isotype is IgG.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 430-699 of human KIF3A (NP_008985.3). The reagent is supplied in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:100-1:500, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
