Anti-KIF2B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KIF2B and is offered by Antibodies.com as a liquid reagent that is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 544–673 of human KIF2B (NP_115948.4) and is affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 76 kDa. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. In a representative validation blot, the antibody was used at a 1:1,000 dilution on 25 µg of lysate per lane, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as the blocking buffer, and detection with an ECL Basic Kit at a 30 s exposure.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
