KIF16B is a kinesin-family motor protein that drives microtubule-based transport of early endosomes and regulates receptor trafficking through its PX-domain binding to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human KIF16B and is validated for Western blot work on research samples. The reagent is supplied as a 200 µl vial of IgG and is intended for studies of endosomal sorting, FGF signaling regulation, and intracellular transport pathways. Investigators focused on membrane trafficking, signaling endosomes, or the kinesin superfamily will find this antibody a useful tool for immunoblotting of human cell and tissue lysates.
