Anti-KIF11 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to KIF11 (also known as Eg5), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent and validated for western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human samples. The antibody is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 797–1056 of human EG5/KIF11 (NP_004514.2) and is affinity-purified. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a target molecular weight of 130 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100 and IP 1:50–1:200. The product is supported by two scientific validation images and is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
