Anti-KIAA1456 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the KIAA1456 target, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl liquid aliquot. KIAA1456 is also known as CFAP119 (cilia and flagella associated protein 119), a component linked to motile cilia and flagella assembly, with documented expression in airway epithelium, fallopian tube, and spermatogenic tissue.

Validated for human and mouse samples, the reagent supports Western blot detection of endogenous protein in cell lysates, immunofluorescence localization in ciliated cells, and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections. For short-term use store at 4 °C; for longer-term storage aliquot and freeze at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The sodium azide acts as a microbial preservative; remove it by buffer exchange (dialysis or ultrafiltration) before any conjugation chemistry or live-cell staining sensitive to azide.
