Anti-Ki-67 (V3242) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Ki-67 (V3242). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of human Ki-67, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Ki-67 protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 359 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
