A primary antibody to Ki-67 offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a monoclonal (clone E18-E) with an IgG isotype and supplied as an unconjugated liquid. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human Ki-67, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Asp1101 and Glu1116. It is reactive with human samples and validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications, with recommended IHC dilutions of 1:100–1:200. The formulation is Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and the product is stored at 4°C.
