Anti-Ki-67 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Ki-67 (MKI67), enabling detection of endogenous levels of the proliferation marker Ki-67. Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated liquid antibody at approximately 1 mg/ml, it is formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples, and should be stored at −20 °C where it remains stable for up to one year.
