Anti-KHK Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against KHK, marketed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to recombinant full-length human KHK.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of KHK protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The manufacturer states a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 33 kDa.
