Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ketohexokinase (KHK), supplied unconjugated as an IgG preparation. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), this reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-298 of human KHK (NP_000212.1), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 33 kDa.

Provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity-purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.
