Anti-Ketamine Antibody

A mouse monoclonal IVD antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Ketamine and validated for use in ELISA and Lateral Flow applications. The reagent is of the IgG2b, kappa isotype and is provided as a purified monoclonal antibody in unconjugated form.

Cross-reactivity testing demonstrates binding to Ketamine at 100% and to the metabolite Norketamine at 60%, with specificity directed against Ketamine. The preparation is formulated in 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, containing 0.85% NaCl, with purity greater than 90%.

The product is shipped at 4°C and may be stored short-term at 4°C. For longer-term storage, aliquots should be kept at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
