Anti-Ketamine Antibody

Mouse monoclonal IVD antibody to Ketamine, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, DEAE-purified reagent suitable for Lateral Flow applications. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and is raised against a Ketamine-BSA immunogen, with specificity for Ketamine.

Cross-reactivity testing reports 100% reactivity with Ketamine and 60% with NorKetamine. Purity is greater than 90%, and the product is formulated in 10 mM Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.2, with 0.85% NaCl.

On receipt the antibody is shipped at 4°C. For short-term use it should be stored at 4°C; for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and kept at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
