Anti-Keratin 18 (Ab-33) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide spanning the A-A-S-V-Y epitope (around residues 31–35) of human Keratin 18 (CK18), and it recognises the endogenous total Keratin 18 protein. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples and is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
