Anti-Keratin 15 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for cytoskeletal and stem-cell marker research, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Keratin 15, designed to detect endogenous levels of the total Keratin 15 protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA workflows, and has been shown to cross-react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography ensures batch-to-batch consistency. For best results, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
