Anti-Keratin 10 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Keratin 10 (KRT10), a type I cytokeratin expressed in the suprabasal layers of stratified epithelia, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Keratin 10, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography on the epitope-specific immunogen to enrich for antigen-specific immunoglobulins. The product is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, with the immunoglobulin class being Rabbit IgG. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total Keratin 10 protein in samples from Human and Rat origin. For stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
