Anti-KEPI Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal-region synthetic peptide of human KEPI (PPP1R14C). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in detection chemistry. The IgG polyclonal preparation has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, and shows cross-reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across common laboratory species. Each lot is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, providing sensitive detection of endogenous KEPI protein levels while minimising off-target signal.
