Anti-Keap1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Keap1, and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Keap1 protein in lysate-based assays. The affinity-purified antibody, isolated from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, is supplied at 1 mg/mL as a 50 µL aliquot in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream detection workflows. Validated applications are Western Blot (WB) and ELISA, with confirmed reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples, making it a convenient choice for cross-species studies of the Keap1–Nrf2 oxidative-stress and cytoprotective signaling pathways.
