Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KEAP1, supplied by Antibodies.com for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody is raised against recombinant full length human KEAP1 and detects endogenous levels of KEAP1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
