Anti-KEAP1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 320-510 of human Keap1, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The predicted molecular weight is 70 kDa with an observed range of 60-64 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
