Anti-KDR Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Kinase Insert Domain Receptor (KDR), also known as VEGFR-2 or Flk-1, a type III receptor tyrosine kinase that mediates VEGF-A signaling and drives endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and vascular permeability. Supplied in a 100 µl volume as an IgG preparation, it is validated for Western blot detection of rat KDR and is used by investigators studying angiogenesis, tumor vascularization, endothelial signaling cascades, and cardiovascular development.
