Anti-KDM7A Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KDM7A (also referred to as KDM7A/JHDM1D). It is validated for Western blot applications, is unconjugated, and is of the IgG isotype.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 417–735 of mouse KDM7A (NP_001028602.2) as the immunogen. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target molecular weight is reported as 106 kDa, and the product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
