Anti-KDM5C (C-terminus) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a purified mouse monoclonal reagent, this antibody specifically targets the C-terminal epitope of Lysine Demethylase 5C (KDM5C), an X-linked JmjC-domain histone demethylase that erases methyl groups from H3K4me2 and H3K4me3 to repress transcription. Supplied as 100 µl of purified immunoglobulin in a single-use vial, it is formulated in 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry on human samples.
