Anti-KDM5B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes KDM5B, a Jumonji C domain-containing histone demethylase that catalyzes removal of methyl groups from H3K4me3 and H3K4me2 and is implicated in transcriptional regulation, cancer cell proliferation, and drug resistance pathways. The antibody is supplied in a 100 µl vial of unconjugated antiserum and is validated for Western blot detection, where it identifies KDM5B as a band at approximately 175 kDa, as well as for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed tissue sections. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human and Mouse samples. For best stability, store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
