Anti-KDM5B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KDM5B (also referred to as PLU1/Jarid1B), presented as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, has been knockout (KO) validated, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 176 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 784–883 of human KDM5B (NP_006609.3). The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
