Anti-KDM5A Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, supplied as a liquid and raised in rabbit hosts as a polyclonal IgG preparation. It is unconjugated and has been affinity purified. The target is KDM5A, with a reported molecular weight of 192 kDa, and the buffer formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The manufacturer's datasheet reports reactivity against human and rat samples and validates the antibody for Western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IP: 1:100–1:500, and ChIP: 1:100–1:500. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human KDM5A. Published supporting data include a Western blot of multiple cell line extracts run at a 1:500 antibody dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25 µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, ECL detection, and a 60 second exposure; an immunoprecipitation using 3 µg of antibody against 300 µg of HeLa cell extract, with the pulldown blotted at 1:500; and a chromatin immunoprecipitation experiment in HCT116 cells quantified by qPCR against a Rabbit IgG control.
